The Tastiest High-Protein Vanilla Maple Waffles

Jazz up your Sunday morning breakfast with our new favourite waffle recipe! These waffles are made with Vanilla Maple Rumble, whole wheat flour, eggs - and not a whole lot else. The result is a super nutritious waffle with a hint of maple sweetness baked right in. They’re crispy on the outside, and perfectly spongy on the inside. Plus, with about 14g of protein per serving, they’ll keep you powered all day long!

Pro tip: Make a big batch and keep the extras in the freezer for busy mornings or a quick snack!

Ingredients:

1 and Âľ cups whole wheat flour

2 tbsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

3 large eggs

1 bottle of Vanilla Maple Rumble

5 tbsp neutral vegetable oil (like canola or grapeseed)

Directions:

Preheat your waffle iron, then combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, then add eggs, Rumble, and oil. Whisk together until well combined and most lumps are gone (don’t over mix!). Using a large spoon, scoop about a third of the mixture onto your waffle iron and distribute evenly. Serve immediately, or freeze for later.
