Over 48,000 Nutritional Drinks Donated By Rumble Supershake in 2020 (So Far)
Back in March as the pandemic was declared, we made our biggest donation yet of over 10,000 Rumble drinks to Mustard Seed of Victoria, which runs Vancouver Island’s largest food bank. As of this week, our donations have quadrupled - with 48,132 total Rumble drinks (valued at over $220,000) donated to food banks and community organizations across Canada.
Equivalent to over 48,000 meals - these donations will provide at least one nutritious meal a day for 500 people for 3 months
Recipients include the First Nation Harm Reduction Team, Food For Families Food Bank, Richmond Food Bank, the Tsarlip First Nation, Lookout Society, Portland Housing Society, Shelbourne Community Kitchen, Rosewood Manor, Sooke Food Bank, Abbotsford Food Bank, and Victoria Cystic Fibrosis Clinic.

In addition to being nutrient-dense, Rumble is shelf-stable, so it’s easy for our community partners to store and distribute where it’s needed most.
For our founder Paul Underhill, it's all part of the Rumble mission: "We believe high-quality nutrition should be available to everyone who needs it - not just those who can afford it. This is why we make an effort every year to give back and support hunger relief in our communities."
Supporting hunger-relief is especially important now in our uncertain economy, with grocery prices increasing and food banks struggling to keep shelves stocked with nutritious options. In response, we stepped up our product donations in support of One Percent for Hunger, an organization we've been a member of since our founding.
"We've always been so impressed with Rumble's commitment to nutritiously feeding people in our communities," says Leslie Swanson, Executive Director of One Percent for Hunger. "That commitment continues with these recent donations, which are particularly appreciated at this time when it is so greatly needed."
The whole Rumble team, including David Arnsdorf and family, Ed Low and family, and Rasool Rayani and family, would like to thank our community partners for giving us this opportunity to share Rumble, make an impact, and #feedthegood.
