Three Amazing Rumble Smoothie Recipes to Mix It Up
Rumble Supershake is the perfect snack or meal on-the-go, but if youâve got a little extra time (and a blender on hand), these three recipes are a delicious way to try something new! Because Rumble already contains all of the protein, healthy fats, fibre, and antioxidants that you need in a balanced shake, the additions here are just for a little extra oomph and flavour.
We used an immersion blender for our Rumble smoothies, but a regular blender would work just fine. And please note that these recipes work best with a cold Rumble fresh from the fridge!

Â
Choco-Banana
Ingredients:
- 1Â Dutch Cocoa Rumble
- 1 Banana
Letâs start with the easiest possible recipe - just add banana! The smooth, chocolaty flavour of Dutch Cocoa Rumble pairs perfectly with banana, and blending these two together creates an amazingly frothy and tasty treat. Itâs a little like banana bread batter, only better for you. Youâre welcome.
Â
Apple Crumble
Ingredients:
- 1Â Vanilla Maple Rumble
- Âź cup of rolled oats
- 1 small apple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
- 1 banana
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
We call this one a âbreakfast in a glassâ! The oats, apple, and banana add even more staying power to Vanilla Maple Rumble, and the addition of the cinnamon gives it the flavour of a delicious, buttery apple crumble. This smoothie drinks even better if you pre-soak your oats in the Rumble (and store in the fridge) before blending. Prepare to not need to eat until lunch!
Â
Orange Mocha Frappuccino
Ingredients:
- 1Â Coffee Bean Rumble
- 1 medium orange, peeled and sliced
- 2 tsp of cocoa powder
Add a little zest to your next Coffee Bean Rumble by turning it into Zoolanderâs favourite drink - the Orange Mocha Frappuccino! All you need is a little cocoa powder and fresh orange. The coffee, chocolate, and orange flavours all work so well together, and deliver a juicy take on a morning coffee. Try having a bummer day after drinking one of these - we dare you.
